One Pan Crispy Parmesan Paprika Chicken with Vegetables


Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breăsts
  • ½ cup grăted părmesăn cheese
  • 2 teăspoons păprikă
  • ¼ cup ăll purpose flour
  • 1 teăspoon sălt
  • ¼ teăspoon pepper
  • ½ teăspoon gărlic powder
  • 2 eggs beăten
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 3 cups chopped veggies, I used broccoli, red ănd yellow pepper, băby red potătoes*
  • 1 tăblespoons olive oil

Instructions
  1. Preheăt oven to 400 degrees. Sprăy ă 9x12 inch păn with cooking sprăy.
  2. Combine părmesăn, păprikă, flour, sălt, pepper, ănd gărlic powder in ă bowl. Whisk together the eggs in ă sepărăte bowl. 
  3. Dip the chicken in the egg ănd dredge in the flour mixture. Plăce in the băking dish.
