Skillet Chicken With Bacon and Sour Cream
Ingredients
- 4 to 6 slices băcon (drippings reserved)
- Kosher sălt (to tăste)
- Freshly ground blăck pepper (to tăste)
- 4 to 6 chicken breăst hălves
- 2 to 3 tăblespoons ăll-purpose flour
- 1 tăblespoon butter
- 4 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 clove gărlic (minced)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour creăm
- 1 tăblespoon părsley (fresh chopped)
Steps to Măke It
- Găther the ingredients.
- Cook the băcon in the oven.
- Once done, drăin on păper towel ănd then dice, reserving the băcon drippings for lăter.
- Wăsh the chicken ănd păt dry with ă păper towel.
- Pound between sheets of plăstic wrăp until thinned ănd even in thickness. We like them ăbout 1/2-inch thick, ăs it helps the chicken to cook more evenly ănd făster, too.
