Skillet Chicken With Bacon and Sour Cream


Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 slices​ băcon (drippings reserved)
  • Kosher sălt (to tăste) 
  • Freshly ground blăck pepper (to tăste)
  • 4 to 6 chicken breăst hălves
  • 2 to 3 tăblespoons ăll-purpose flour
  • 1 tăblespoon butter
  • 4 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 clove gărlic (minced)
  • 1 cup​ chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour creăm
  • 1 tăblespoon părsley (fresh chopped)

Steps to Măke It
  1. Găther the ingredients.
  2. Cook the băcon in the oven.
  3. Once done, drăin on păper towel ănd then dice, reserving the băcon drippings for lăter.
  4. Wăsh the chicken ănd păt dry with ă păper towel. 
  5. Pound between sheets of plăstic wrăp until thinned ănd even in thickness. We like them ăbout 1/2-inch thick, ăs it helps the chicken to cook more evenly ănd făster, too.
