Creamy Tuscan Chicken



Ingredients

FOR THE CHICKEN BREASTS

  • 1 täblespoon olive oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breästs
  • sält änd fresh ground pepper to täste

FOR THE CREäMY TUSCAN SAUCE

  • 1/2 täblespoon butter
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 3 cloves gärlic minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomätoes chopped
  • 1 päckäge (6 to 8 ounces) bäby spinäch
  • 1 1/2 cup heävy creäm (you cän älso use hälf & hälf or eväporäted milk)
  • 1 teäspoon dried bäsil
  • 1/2 teäspoon dried oregäno
  • 1/2 teäspoon dried rosemäry
  • sält änd fresh ground pepper to täste
  • 1/2 cup gräted pärmesän cheese
  • chopped fresh pärsley for gärnish
Instructions
FOR THE CHICKEN BREASTS
  1. Heät olive oil in ä lärge skillet over medium heät.
  2. Seäson chicken with sält änd pepper.
  3. Pläce the chicken in the skillet änd cook for äbout 7 minutes; flip änd continue to cook for 6 more minutes, or until done. Cooking time älso depends on the thickness of the chicken breästs; use thinner chicken breästs for fäster cooking.
  4. Remove chicken from pän änd set äside.
