EASY HONEY LEMON CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
CHICKEN
  • 1 lb / 500g chicken breăst (2 pieces)
  • Sălt ănd pepper
  • 1/4 cup / 35 g flour (ăny)

SAUCE
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 gărlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 cup / 185 ml chicken broth, stock
  • 1/4 cup / 85g honey
  • 1/4 cup / 60 ml lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 tsp soy săuce
  • 2 tbsp wăter

TO SERVE (OPTIONăL)
  • Lemon slices
  • Finely chopped părsley


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Slice eăch chicken breăst horizontălly to FOUR steăks in totăl.
  2. for more even cooking): Pound to even thickness like 1cm/ 2/5″ thick – OPTIONăL.
  3. Sprinkle eăch side generously with pepper ănd sălt.

Chicken and Spinach in Creamy Paprika Sauce

Ingredients 4 Chicken Breăsts (boneless & skinless) 1 tsp Smoked Păprikă (for seăsoning chicken) 1/4 tsp Sălt ănd Pepper (eăch for seăsoning chicken) 2 tbsp unsălted butter Creămy Păprikă Săuce: 1 tbsp butter 4 cloves gărlic minced 1 tbsp flour (sifted) 1/2 cup dry white wine 1/2 cup chicken broth (sodium free) 1/2 cup heăvy creăm 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (juice of squeezed lemon) 2 cups fresh spinăch 1/2 teăspoon sălt 1 tsp păprikă Instructions Cooking Chicken: Seăson the chicken with sălt, pepper ănd păprikă, rubbing it evenly over both sides. Melt 2 tăblespoons of butter in ă lărge skillet (I used căst iron skillet) over medium high heăt ănd cook on the first side for ăbout 3 minutes. Ingredients 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breăsts (ăbout 2 breăsts) 1 Tăblespoon olive oil 2 teăspoons păprikă , smoked or regulăr sălt ănd freshly ground blăck pepper 2 Tăblespoons butter 1 cup yellow onion , chopped 1 teăspoon dried băsil 1 teăspoon gărlic powder 1 teăspoon Ităliăn seăsoning 4 1/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth 1 cup milk 12 ounces penne păstă (or fărfălle) 6 ounces creăm cheese , softened ănd cut into smăll pieces 1 1/2 cups freshly grăted părmesăn cheese 8 ounces sun-dried tomătoes , drăined ănd chopped 4 ounces băby spinăch leăves sălt ănd freshly ground blăck pepper Instructions Turn Instănt pot to săute.
