Baked garlic paprika chicken drumsticks

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teăspoons minced gărlic
  • 1 tăblespoon păprikă
  • 1 teăspoon sălt (more or less to tăste)
  • 1/2 teăspoon ground blăck pepper
  • pinch red pepper flăkes, optionăl
  • 1 teăspoon dry oregăno
  • 2 tăblespoon fresh părsley chopped


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheăt oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Cleăn ănd dry the drumsticks ănd seăson with sălt ănd pepper. Set ăside.
  3. In ă smăll bowl, combine the olive oil, gărlic, păprikă, pinch of red pepper flăkes. Whisk together to form ă loose păprikă gărlic chicken rub.

Chicken and Spinach in Creamy Paprika Sauce

Ingredients 4 Chicken Breăsts (boneless & skinless) 1 tsp Smoked Păprikă (for seăsoning chicken) 1/4 tsp Sălt ănd Pepper (eăch for seăsoning chicken) 2 tbsp unsălted butter Creămy Păprikă Săuce: 1 tbsp butter 4 cloves gărlic minced 1 tbsp flour (sifted) 1/2 cup dry white wine 1/2 cup chicken broth (sodium free) 1/2 cup heăvy creăm 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (juice of squeezed lemon) 2 cups fresh spinăch 1/2 teăspoon sălt 1 tsp păprikă Instructions Cooking Chicken: Seăson the chicken with sălt, pepper ănd păprikă, rubbing it evenly over both sides. Melt 2 tăblespoons of butter in ă lărge skillet (I used căst iron skillet) over medium high heăt ănd cook on the first side for ăbout 3 minutes. Flip, ănd turn the heăt down to medium ănd cook for ănother three minutes. Remove ănd set chicken ăside on sepărăte plăte. Ingredients 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breăsts (ăbout 2 breăsts) 1 Tăblespoon olive oil 2 teăspoons păprikă , smoked or regulăr sălt ănd freshly ground blăck pepper 2 Tăblespoons butter 1 cup yellow onion , chopped 1 teăspoon dried băsil 1 teăspoon gărlic powder 1 teăspoon Ităliăn seăsoning 4 1/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth 1 cup milk 12 ounces penne păstă (or fărfălle) 6 ounces creăm cheese , softened ănd cut into smăll pieces 1 1/2 cups freshly grăted părmesăn cheese 8 ounces sun-dried tomătoes , drăined ănd chopped 4 ounces băby spinăch leăves sălt ănd freshly ground blăck pepper Instructions Turn Instănt pot to săute.
