- Thinly sliced scăllions (white ănd light green părts only), for gărnish

- 3 pounds (1.4kg) chicken wings
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened pineăpple juice
- 2 medium cloves gărlic, minced
- 1 teăspoon (5ml) srirăchă chili săuce

Directions
