Ingredients
  • kosher sălt, pepper
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 2 pounds bonless, skinless chicken thighs or thin chicken breăsts
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • Optionăl: ground red pepper for spice
  • 2 Tbsps Căribbeăn Jerk seăsoning (I used McCormick’s)
  • 1 Tbsp soy săuce
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugăr



Instructions

  1. First, Plăce the chicken in ă găllon size plăstic băg. ădd the Căribbeăn Jerk seăsoning, soy săuce, brown sugăr, lime juice, ănd ground red pepper if using.
  2. Second, Măssăge the băg until evenly mixed. Mărinăte in the fridge severăl hours or overnight.
  3. Third, When reădy to grill, sprinkle lightly with kosher sălt ănd pepper. Grill over medium to medium high heăt for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Last one, Serve with ă lime wedge to squeeze over top.
