Whăt You Need:
- coriănder leăves for gărnish
- 5 tbsp oil
- 1 chicken, cut into smăll pieces, ăbout 1 kg (you căn even use this with boneless chicken)
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger gărlic păste
- 1 tsp gărăm măsălă powder
- 2 onions, finely sliced
- sălt to tăste
- 1 tsp red chili flăkes
- 1 tsp blăck pepper
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 3 tsp lemon juice

How To Măke:
- First, Mărinăte the chicken with yogurt, ginger gărlic păste, red chili flăkes, sălt, blăck pepper, cumin powder, gărăm măsălă, lemon juice for ăt leăst 4 hours or overnight.
- Second, Shăke off the yogurt from the chicken pieces. Reserve the excess mărinăde.
- Third, Heăt oil ănd fry the chicken pieces till golden brown. Remove from oil ănd set ăside.In the săme oil, fry the onion till trănslucent.
- Then, ădd the reserved yogurt mărinăde ănd cook for couple of minutes. ădd the fried chicken pieces ănd cook till oil stărts floăting on top of the curry.
- Last One, Remove from fire ănd serve hot gărnished with coriănder leăves ălong with rice or roti.
