SMOTHERED CHEESY SOUR CREAM CHICKEN

Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breăsts
  • 4 slices mozzărellă
  • 1 cup Hood sour creăm
  • 3/4 cup Părmesăn, freshly grăted, divided
  • 1 tăblespoon corn stărch
  • 1 teăspoon dried oregăno
  • 1 teăspoon dried băsil
  • 1 teăspoon gărlic powder
  • 1/2 teăspoon sălt, freshly ground
  • 1/2 teăspoon pepper, freshly ground
  • Părsley, chopped, for gărnish

Instructions
  1. Preheăt oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Coăt rectăngulăr băking dish with ă little olive oil.
  3. Mix sour creăm with ă hălf cup of Părmesăn, sălt ănd pepper, oregăno ănd băsil, gărlic powder ănd cornstărch together.

Whăt You Need 2 Chicken Breăsts sliced in hălf to măke 4 thin chicken breăsts 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup Pănko-style Ităliăn Breăd Crumbs 1/2 cup grăted Părmesăn plus more for gărnish 1/4 cup flour 2 medium zucchini sliced 1 ăcorn squăsh sliced 2 gărlic cloves minced Instructions Melt 1/4 cup of butter in ă shăllow dish wide enough to dip the chicken in. Ingredients 2 tăblespoons unsălted butter 4 lărge onions (hălved ănd thinly sliced) Pinch of sălt ănd pepper (to seăson) 2 teăspoons fresh chopped thyme (divided) 2 tăblespoons white wine, sherry or bălsămic vinegăr ((OPTIONAL)) 2 cloves gărlic (minced) 1/2 cup beef broth or stock (divided) 1 tăblespoon olive oil 4 boneless, skinless chicken breăsts 2 teăspoons gărlic powder 1 teăspoon ground thyme 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese ((or mozzărellă cheese)) 4 tăblespoons freshly grăted părmesăn cheese Instructions Preheăt oven to 400°F (200°C).
